Verizon Wireless is challenging church choirs from coast to coast in the company’s nationwide How Sweet The Sound Gospel choir competition. Expanding upon last year’s successful event in Memphis, Verizon Wireless is bringing GRAMMY®-winning songwriter, producer arranger and music director, Donald Lawrence to emcee at each of the 11 markets and the finale. Marvin Sapp, Hezekiah Walker and other gospel artists will join the competition as judges.
This year’s competition will span 11 cities nationwide and the winning choir will receive a cash prize up to $50,000 and the title of best church choir in America. A great event for the entire family! Upcoming cities are:
